In compliance with Google Play Store User Data Safety guidelines, Apple App Store privacy policies, Meta Data Deletion mandates, and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, you have the full right to request the permanent deletion of your AgriBiz account and personal data.
Right to Erasure (DPDP Act)
You can request the deletion of your personal profile, credentials, saved farm locations, address book, and shopping history at any time.
15–30 Days SLA
All verified deletion requests are acknowledged within 48 hours and completed across databases and cloud storage within 15 to 30 calendar days.
Statutory Retention Scope
Past GST tax invoices, audit ledgers, and proof-of-delivery timestamps are retained in an anonymized state for 7 years as mandated by Indian tax and e-commerce laws.
1. Scope of Data Deletion
When an account deletion request is processed by CEPLAVAC AGRIBIZ, the following categories of personal and behavioral data are permanently purged or rendered completely non-identifiable:
- Profile Credentials: Name, mobile number, hashed passwords, OTP histories, and business trade names.
- Delivery & Location: Saved delivery addresses, pin codes, district tags, and GPS coordinates.
- Personal Preferences: Wishlist items, saved cart sessions, product alerts, and device notification tokens.
- OAuth Authorizations: Any connected Google Sign-In or Meta authentication tokens are immediately revoked.
2. Legal & Statutory Retention Obligations
Under Indian law—including Section 36 of the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act, 2017, the Income Tax Act, and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules—certain records cannot be erased immediately:
Mandatory Retention Elements:
- Historical tax invoices and credit notes issued for completed orders.
- Digital payment transaction logs and bank settlement references.
- Statutory pesticide and fertilizer distribution logs required by state agricultural departments.
* These records are isolated from active marketing/recommendation databases and retained solely for government tax audits.
